Seeds and nuts are good for hamsters because they provide essential nutrients like protein, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals. These nutrients help in maintaining their overall health, supporting their immune system, and promoting proper growth and development.

However, it's important to provide these treats in moderation as they are high in calories and can lead to obesity if overfed. Always consult with a veterinarian to ensure a balanced diet for your hamster.

Our sticker envelopes are filled with a random selection of flower/hamster/nature related stickers for you to customise whatever you like.

Not to be put inside your enclosure due to choking hazard.

Gold Flower Spoon

These gorgeous flower spoons are perfect for scattering food/forage/substrates/treats into your enclosure! They're a great size to measure how much food you are giving your hammy a day. They are also just absolutely adorable, they can be used for anything!

Plant your own flower sprays!

Plant these in your garden and grow your own flower sprays! These flowers make gorgeous additions to enclosures!

Please note that these seeds are to be PLANTED, not eaten by hammies until they become flowers <3

Cornflowers (Centaurea cyanus):

Anti-inflammatory properties: Cornflowers may have mild anti-inflammatory effects, which could potentially help with any minor inflammation in a hamster's body.

Some studies suggest that cornflowers contain compounds that can promote eye health and provide relief from eye irritation.

Statice flowers (Limonium spp.):

Statice flowers may have a mild astringent effect, which could help with minor digestive issues in hamsters.

The calming colors and scent of Statice flowers may have a soothing effect on hamsters, reducing stress and anxiety.

In some cultures, Statice flowers have been traditionally used to help with respiratory discomfort, although this hasn't been extensively studied in animals.

It's important to remember that while these flowers may offer potential health benefits, they should only be offered as occasional treats and in very small quantities. The primary source of nutrition for hamsters should always come from a well-balanced commercial hamster diet. Always consult with a veterinarian before introducing new treats or plants to your hamster's diet to ensure their safety and appropriateness for your pet's individual needs.
