DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We currently exclusively offer international shipping on a request-only basis. Please get in touch via Instagram DMs or email hamshouseco@gmail.com before you place your order. Please be aware that international shipping will be subject to increased postage costs.

WHICH ANIMALS CAN USE HAMSHOUSECO ITEMS?

All of our products are made with non-toxic and animal-safe materials. They are made for hamsters mostly, but any rodent or small animal would enjoy all of our products. Please get in touch if you are unsure. 

WHY DID YOU START HAMSHOUSECO?

I have been active in the online hamster community for a while, and I'm super passionate about proper hamster care. I realised that there was a gap in the market for good-quality, affordable and cute personalised products for hamsters, so I decided to start making my own! Thanks for all your support so far x

HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS PACKAGED?

I carefully wrap all of our products in bubble wrap and package them into a cardboard box with lots of tissue paper to ensure that your items arrive in one piece! The package comes with a personalised message, freebies and a business card. The parcel has 'fragile' tape to ensure that postal delivery services treat the parcels with care. However, accidents happen, and we are very sorry if your item(s) arrives damaged. Please get in touch and we'll be happy to remedy any postal issues which may arise.
